Yoga for Walkers & Joggers with Sarah Stemp


Whether you are a regular walker/ jogger or you have been walking or jogging a lot more during lockdown, you probably experience related aches and areas of tension. You should enjoy this hour of yoga designed to both gently fire up and then stretch out the major muscles you use. Suitable for all levels of experience and fitness, all you need is a quiet room, a mat or large non slippy towel, either yoga blocks or some chunky books, a large pillow and a non-stretchy belt or a strap.

If you are not accustomed to using Zoom, best join the class 10 minutes early so we can hopefully get you settled in and ready for the class starting time.
