Lace up your hiking  shoes and grab your water bottle. Welcome to our monthly hikes. Laura will guide us though a  hike at Mianus River Park where there is something for everyone, whether you're just starting out or looking for a bit of a challenge. What a beautiful way to spend the day, enjoying nature and connecting with others.

*Meeting place is at the 450 Cognewaugh Rd., Cos Cob entrance not the Merribrook Rd entrance in Stamford. When putting Mianus River Park into your GPS, it will automatically send you to the Merribrook entrance.

Please register so we know to wait for you. We will wait 10 minutes for everyone to arrive. If you cannot make it or are running late, text Laura at 917-886-1454.
