Yoga on the Beach with Carol

Join fellow Newcomer member and certified yoga instructor, Carol Biaggi, for yoga on the beach. She will guide you through yoga, stretching and strength exercises. Please bring a towel and water (yoga mat, blocks & straps if you have them). All levels are welcome! Carol will be collecting a $20 fee from those attending. Plan to meet at the Bruce Museum Seaside Center at Tods Point at 5:30 pm. Remember to bring your beach pass.
