Enjoy a FREE 45 minute indoor cycling experience at the brand new CycleBar Stamford. Wear your workout clothes and be prepared to have fun and get sweaty while rockin’ to the rhythm. CycleBar Stamford provides lockers, water and complimentary cycle shoes for anyone who needs them. You can also bring your own shoes, both SPD and Delta clips work. Guests are welcomed!
