Summer Yoga in the Park!

Join us for Summer Yoga in the Park!

Join Greenwich Newcomer member and yoga instructor Carol Biaggi 

in Cos Cob Park under the gazebo.

She will guide you through yoga, stretching and strength exercises.

Please bring a towel and water (and yoga mat, blocks and straps if you have them).

All levels welcome!

These sessions will run August 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th, weather permitting.
