Qigong with Donna Bunte

Qigong is an ancient system of exercise similar to tai chi using slow flowing movement, self massage of our acupuncture pathways, and conscious breathwork to move ones energy through the body. It boosts the immune system, lowers blood pressure, improves balance, calms the mind and relieves anxiety. It is gentle and safe for all ages. At the end of the practice there will be a guided meditation.
