Unwind Yoga with Sarah Stemp


Join Sarah for Unwind Yoga. Suitable for all levels of experience, the session will initially take you through breathing and movement to alleviate aches and stiffness from time spent sitting, using our phones and laptops or from running and long walks. Followed by getting a little more energy into your body ready for your day ahead. You will need a quiet room, either a yoga mat or large towel, some pillows or a bolster, a non stretchy belt or scarf, a blanket and either a yoga block or a couple of chunky books.

If you are not accustomed to using Zoom, best join the class 10 minutes early so we can hopefully get you settled in and ready for the class starting time.
