Join me at my house for our next Wellness Group meeting.
For this session, I have booked a Tai Chi demonstration. Tai Chi is a form of meditation in slow motion exercises which circulates your Qi or energy throughout your body. This exercise has been practiced in China for centuries (if not millennials ) with many great health benefits.
